南京華康集團(tuán)有限公司于2018年01月在南京市浦口區(qū)市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理局登記成立，注冊(cè)資金6.008億元。公司經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍包括房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)營(yíng)、商品房銷(xiāo)售;工程項(xiàng)目管理等。公司下設(shè)工程部、商務(wù)合約部、行政管理部、前期開(kāi)發(fā)部、成本部、財(cái)務(wù)部等部門(mén)。
公司設(shè)立董事會(huì)，由各董事組成，為公司最大職權(quán)部門(mén)。公司董事會(huì)成員為：
